President and CEO
Philip Driver is the CEO of Physician Solutions, Inc. and oversees medical staffing and practice sales for its clients. He has spent more than 25 years serving medical practices with exceptional physician and mid-level staffing. Philip has orchestrated dozens of practice sales throughout the states acting as broker and facilitator. Before starting Physician Solutions, he attended a small college in North Carolina, served in the US Army, Federal Aviation Administration as an Air Traffic Controller, President of Investors Equipment Leasing Corp., President of Triangle Bank Leasing, President of Berkley Care Network and owned and operated 7 medical practices throughout North Carolina. When relaxing, Philip enjoys time with his family which include 7 grandkids, gardening, bass fishing and enjoying a nice glass of wine.
VP of Operations
I grew up in Pittstown, NJ and moved to NC in 2006 to attend East Carolina University. I graduated with honors with a B.S. in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Business Administration.
I recruit for Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Dentists for locum and permanent job positions throughout NC, SC, TN, VA, and NY. I also work closely with medical practices and dental offices to fill open positions, whether it is short or long term assignments. While doing so, I also maintain the daily operations of our Raleigh based office.
Outside of work, I enjoy training and competing in OCB Bikini competitions, traveling, going on walks with my French bulldog, and being with my friends and family.
I am passionate about great graphic design and enjoy the ability to apply my creative skills in the areas of medicine and healthcare. The medical industry, much like graphic design, is constantly changing and evolving, generating new information to be shared quickly within the medical community. At Physician Solutions, we strive to be a valuable tool for the healthcare community by providing the most current information to medical professionals through our social media and our online publication, Med Monthly magazine.
Marisa A. Williams
As the Executive Assistant at Physician Solutions, my primary focus is providing valuable long term support and guidance for the success of our Medical Staffing and Practice Sales Teams.
Marisa relocated to North Carolina in 1994 from the “Big Lake Waters” of Hartwell, Georgia. She began her career as an administrative business professional working for various law firms while completing her AAS degree at Wake Tech in Legal Office Administration. Among her greatest accomplishments was the privilege of owning and operating a small Office Equipment business specializing with three leading manufacturers Xerox, Canon & Hewlett Packard.
In her spare time she dedicates her time to her family and daughter’s extracurricular activities and enjoys nature, learning about wines and cooking from the heart of her home.
As the accountant for Physician Solutions, Inc. I manage the companies finances and provide timely and accurate financial reports to our CEO. In addition to my role in the finance department I enjoy assisting clients and providing excellent customer service.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, kayaking, travel, and spending my time with my family…especially my beautiful granddaughter who rules the roost when she visits!
