Philip Driver is the CEO of Physician Solutions, Inc. and oversees medical staffing and practice sales for its clients. He has spent more than 25 years serving medical practices with exceptional physician and mid-level staffing. Philip has orchestrated dozens of practice sales throughout the states acting as broker and facilitator. Before starting Physician Solutions, he attended a small college in North Carolina, served in the US Army, Federal Aviation Administration as an Air Traffic Controller, President of Investors Equipment Leasing Corp., President of Triangle Bank Leasing, President of Berkley Care Network and owned and operated 7 medical practices throughout North Carolina. When relaxing, Philip enjoys time with his family which include 7 grandkids, gardening, bass fishing and enjoying a nice glass of wine.
As the Vice President for Physician Solutions, Inc. I manage the companies finances and provide timely and accurate financial reports to our CEO. In addition to my role in the finance department I work with Philip in our medical practice listings, and am responsible for facilitating the sales of medical and dental practices across the United States.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, kayaking, travel, and spending my time with my family…especially my beautiful granddaughter who rules the roost when she visits!
I am the scheduling manager at Physician Solutions, where I am in charge of maintaining our locum tenens schedule for dental and medical practices. In addition to my scheduling responsibilities, I also enjoy cultivating relationships with medical and dental providers throughout the SouthEast in an effort to provide the best customer service for our clients. I am originally from Fairfax, Virginia, and moved to the Raleigh area 3 years ago with my husband Kurt. Prior to my career at PSI, I earned my bachelor degrees in History and Political Science at Virginia Tech. After college, I worked in the event planning field, and eventually transitioned into property management, where I developed managerial and accounting skills during my tenure as an Assistant Property Manager.
In my free time, I enjoy spending weekends with my family, caring for people’s pets, and planning the next Disney World experience for my family and I.
As the Executive Administrative Assistant for Physician Solutions, Inc., I am also the first point of contact and provide administrative support for a very dynamic and professional team. First impression is of great importance. One that sets the tone of professionalism, warmth and ready to assist in giving help willingly.
My background in the workplace range from a wide spectrum of administrative, administrative assistance, accounting, law enforcement and caregiving.
I am one of 9 children (6 girls & 3 boys) and I am a proud Mom/Grandmother. My faith, family and friends are my passion along with boating, fishing, motorcycling riding, camping and cooking. My extra special happy place is on the beach at sunrise/sunset.
As the recruiting and marketing manager of Physician Solutions, Inc., my responsibilities include recruiting locum tenens in the areas of dentistry and medicine to cover the needs of practices and managing our marketing ventures. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and finding perfect matches for our clinics and providers.
In addition to receiving my bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology, I have worked and managed multiple medical practices, from small, privately owned practices to large hospital owned facilities. During that duration, I attained a variety of skills including marketing, sales, accounting and administration.
I relocated from Ohio to North Carolina 17 years ago with my husband and enjoy antiques, woodworking, and baking for friends and family.
