Locum Tenens assignments may vary uniquely depending upon the situation of the Practice or Healthcare Organization. Bottom line, we you give the option of working part or all of the assignment and provide an understanding approach to your job placement goals.

Yes. You will sign our non-exclusive agreement. Once you accept and commit to the assignment,  you are expected to fulfill the assignment of course.

Physician Solutions has a large, established database of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and dentists readily available to provide placement coverage for your health care organization. We’ve compiled our Providers credentials and in most cases, some have been with us for many years.

Yes, our Physician Recruiters and Client Relations Team will address any discussions relating to your practice goals and the position for which you are seeking in the very beginning. We will provide a copy of the Providers CV along with their credentials and set up telephone conferences, in-person interviews and allow you the opportunity to be selective with our recommendations.

There are no upfront fees to work with us as we work on contingency basis with our Clients and Providers. Our Policies and Terms are a simple one-page Confidentiality Agreement we request validating our rates, conditions and professional engagement between all parties.
